Step 2: Shop Online with Ease

Use and Shop Your US Address:
But from any online store that you like or give your AeroDash US address to a friend or relative so that we can ship the parcel.

Pre Alert Your Packages:
Pre-Alert is the way to inform AeroDash of the incoming packages so that they can process the packages as soon as they receive the shipments.

Step 3: Package Arrival & Processing

Warehouse Arrival:
Your packages arrive at the AeroDash US warehouse and are scheduled for the next available flight to Jamaica.

Real Time Tracking:
Every single package you can track as Personal items into our system at that moment.

Customs Clearance:
AeroDash takes care of the customs presentation upon arrival place.

Upload Your Invoice:
Upload your receipt online to make sure that customs clearance will be easy and without problems.

Step 4: Get Your Packages

Ready for Pickup Notification:
After the package has been sent to the AeroDash, you will be able to collect it. Expect an email or text message from the store at this moment.

Pickup or Home Delivery:
Choose what works best for you – pick up in-store or schedule doorstep delivery online.
