How do I avoid paying customs duty on my packages?
All packages valued over US$100 are subject to customs duty charges. Keep your orders below US$100 if you want to avoid paying duties.
My package appeared to be opened when I recieved it, why is this?
All packages entering the island are subject to examination by the Jamaica Customs Agency. Items may be opened and resealed using cello tape.
What rate will I pay if my package weight falls in between weight categories?
Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart, will be charged the next rate up. For example: A package weighing 1.2lbs will be charged at the 2lbs rate.
After my package arrives in Jamaica, how long before it becomes available?
Packages are usually available for pick the next day however, this process can take 24-48 hours.
I have three pacakges ready for pick-up/delivery, do I have to pay for all of them at once?
No, you can pay for and collect each package individually.
What if I don't have a credit card?
No credit card? No problem.We charge only 4% of the total value of your intended purchase which also includes, shipping from your online store to our warehouse in Florida. Please note that payment has to be made to use our card before any purchases are made.
